365-Day Project 2025 - Day 21, English Bay

Although I have embarked on this 365-day project, I am not the type of photographer who always brings a camera with me. Sometimes, I enjoy taking a break from photography, or I do not want to carry the camera. I sometimes want to give my undivided attention to my surroundings or wife. She’ll be happy that I wrote that :)

This morning was such a time when we went for a quick walk along English Bay. But here is the thing. If you don’t bring your camera, be prepared for the most spectacular light to show out of nowhere. The cargo ships on English Bay bathed in the early morning glow, and all I could do was enjoy it and then snap a frame with my iPhone, which would be the “photo of the day”.
