It was quiet by English Bay today, but then I spotted “Gretzky” playing guitar, and it was a wonderful moment in the snow. I chatted with the guy for a while. I noticed his small-body Fender guitar, which had a remarkably rich tone. He found it at a pawnshop in 2016 in Indonesia and had it restored at Long and McQuade here in Vancouver.

I went on my way and took a few more photos as he kept strumming.
